📦 Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if my order is delayed?
We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances, but we're always here to help. Email us at dzstyleco@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.
🔄 Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
What items are final sale (non-returnable)?
The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & intimates, swimwear, and clearance or final sale items.
Do you accept returns for wrong size or change of mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or color preference. We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before ordering.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
I received a damaged or incorrect item — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Contact us within 7 days at dzstyleco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
🛍️ Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order has already begun processing. Email us immediately at dzstyleco@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

📏 Size Guide
We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart on each product page for the most accurate fit. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.
How to measure:
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.
